In this episode, I talk about the top 2 questions I get when I talk about SEO

-When do I start doing SEO?

-What businesses or industries does SEO work for?

Answering the questions, I went through a few examples of how different niches can and should be using Search Engine Optimization. I give real SEO examples for the top niches out there: coaches, online boutique owner, services business, event local niches like hairdressers and contractors. I also talk about how my MLM companies who may use the company sites can also use SEO to find customers that are best for them.

The 2nd half of the episodes I go into DETAIL on when you should get started with SEO. How SEO will work for your site at different stages of business, whether you’ve just got started in business and your site is 3 weeks old like one of our examples, a Paparazzi site like another example, or even in business for a few years. And how Google is always looking at your site even if you aren’t focused on SEO and what you should do to make sure they see you are the best information.

We have an honest chat about using SEO to drive the right traffic, and how SEO helps me grow my email list. I also tell you how I really feel when people say “I’m going to work on my SEO after…”.

This is one of those dig real talk episodes about SEO that will have you nodding your head in agreement and taking notes.

In today’s episode, I talk about how it’s going now that we are in full swing with the Kickstarter Campaign for My SEO Workbook. As I was researching Kickstarter and crowdfunding campaigns, I found a lot about how to set it up your campaign but very little about how to make it through the campaign and what to do once you hit the launch button.

Today, I share how my journey is going and what you can and should do during your campaign.

I share my promotion strategy, how I’ve done PR for the campaign and hired PR expert Jasmine Powers (jasminepowers.com) who wrote an amazing press release for the campaign, what I’ve done to keep engaged,  who you should target with your press release and just all the lessons I’ve learned along the way.

Lauren helps women entrepreneurs, especially women of color, unleash their purpose to create a spectacular visual brand that effectively communicates your powerful message to your dream customers and clients. Lauren has always been fascinated by art, design and computers from a very young age. She spent some time honing my craft by obtaining two Bachelors of Arts degrees: one in Social Sciences and Education, and the other in Fine Arts Digital Design. Lauren received accolades and awards as a high school teacher of 5 years. Also, since 2009, created beautiful visual brands for awesome business and clients through being a web and graphic designer many who are still loyal clients until today. The vision for Lauren's business came from the lack of authentic expression in the entrepreneurial world for African-Americans. At a point of emotional breakdown, in searching for stationery and visuals that represented who she was and her walk, Lauren noticed there were none.  So Lauren decided that it was time that we as African-Americans be who we are; unapologetically, do what we are called to do in life and business, and use visuals that represent our way of life. Thus, Visionary Stationery—Lauren V. Designs was born. When you work with Lauren, you will gain an effective plan and execution of your brand’s vision and message that speaks visually to the needs and desires of the clients and customers you want to embrace and work for.   LaNée Javet’s Quote “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others” – Marianne Williamson   How to find LaNée Javet   Books to Checkout: Think and Grow Rich: A Black Choice - by Dennis Kimbro, Napoleon Hill   Special Dates / Promo Codes: 15% Discount Code:OBS15Graphics Due: Oct 31 Catalog Goes Live: Nov 14 Ad Runs From: Nov 14 – Dec 31   LaNée Javet - Bio LaNée Javet is CEO and Founder of CulSire.com, the premier lifestyle, education, entertainment, and empowerment destination for people of color around the world.  She is the founder of The Mogul Institute and provides business consulting services to other entrepreneurs through her Mogulvation, LLC.
